I encourage you to take some time to reflect on our initial consultation after the session. If you feel that I may be the right counsellor for you, you can get back in touch and we can talk about the next steps.

Ongoing sessions

Sessions take place via Microsoft Teams, allowing you to access therapy from a private and comfortable space of your choosing.

All you need is a suitable device, a reliable internet connection and somewhere you can talk privately.
